My son and I came on an expenses paid trip so we had vouchers to eat in the Aspen dining area...buffet style. It wasn't worth eating there for free. Be very careful of food poisoning. The scrambled eggs were a lovely greenish gray color, the hamburgers had an odd yellow-green tinge. Fried things tended to be slimy or tough and dry. Other reviews mentioned gluten free options but we didn't find anything gluten free except salad. Even though dinner dining is open until 8, by 5:30 most of the serving trays were empty and weren't refilled. The floors looked like they haven't been cleaned/mopped in years. Chunks and footprints and a slimy texture when you walk. Others had issues with the "clean" dishes and utensils having food chunks on them. Staff is pleasant and friendly...it's just not really edible food. I wasn't expecting much from a buffet...thinking more Golden Corral kind of, but this is not even on par with public school cafeteria food (I work in a public school).
