Small tea room which could be really charming, were it not for a bad "floating" coffee from an automatic machine, a glass of sparkling water served directly from a plastic bottle but charges 4€ or a sandy cookie which crumbles faster than it can be eaten. Anonymous service that doesn't give off any heat either. Disappointing.
Edit to complete the answer:
1/ I was talking about sparkling water and not tap water, to be more precise. No problem paying €4 for a Perrier served in an individual 33Cl bottle. Not the same story when you bring the glass already filled from a plastic bottle (not exactly the same type of service)
2/ I noticed in your grocery store that you sell roaster coffee. But if it were enough to have good coffee beans to serve a good espresso or a good cappuccino, that would mean that the barista / waiter / bartender has no added value and it would therefore be degrading for your profession.
Here using an automatic machine - Jura it seems to me - which at the simple press of a button grinds the coffee at the minute, pours the coffee and adds a sort of milk foam, the coffee can be very watery if the machine is not well adjusted, at least more often than with a percolator machine for example (but which would involve more human work). And also, selling a cappuccino for 5th for which you only have to press a button to serve it seems exaggerated to me, especially if it is supposed to be one of your specialties.
3/ no worries about working with gluten-free flours, more and more bakeries are offering it. The fact remains that in my eyes - and according to my tastes - it is still possible to make cookies that are softer and richer in taste, including completely vegan ones (using peanut butter, coconut oil or other).
4/ when we came, there was indeed a lot of mistral, but maybe 4 or 5 tables of customers and 2 people serving, nothing insurmountable.
