I have celiac disease and am very sensitive to cross contamination. The chef has personal experience with gluten free cooking and is very competent. I ordered the lamb stifado with fries which are cooked in their own pan and a grilled octopus which is made on a shared grill but cleaned thoroughly between orders. I've eaten here a few times now and haven't gotten sick and the food is delicious so I can definitely recommend it.
