Don’t go if you have celiac or an allergy. I went here with some friends around 8pm for dinner. I was excited to see they have gluten free options or can make things gluten free (it’s marked on the menu). I made the waitress aware that I was gluten free from an allergy. I opted to get the Cod which could be made gluten free, it came with risotto and green beans. I know risotto isn’t gluten free but she didn’t ask me for another side so I figured they had a gluten free option of it. Boy was I wrong. When the food came out I got one plate of a plain white piece of cod by itself. No sides, nothing. I proceeded to ask where at least my green beans were. She told me she just put “allergy” on the ticket and that’s what they gave me. I’m sorry but I’d be embarrassed as a former server even handing someone just that on a plate. She then had to speak with the chef and offered to give me fries and green beans. I took two bites of the cod but with no seasoning at all it wasn’t the best. I didn’t eat it and it took fifteen minutes before my other “food” came out. She took the dish off our check but it was a bad experience. One allergy doesn’t mean I should get basically nothing. The servers should be more informed, especially if it says it “can be made gluten free” on the menu. Just a bad experience all around.
