I was in Majadahonda on Saturday, you walk into the pastry shop and you want everything, so you ask the question, gluten-free and LACTOSE-free?? and the entire pastry was reduced to 4 munffis, the disappointment was huge, behind me there was another lady. Just like me, when asking why don't you work with lactose-free milk, cream or butter? They answered us that the owners say it is very expensive. Expensive? Seriously? With what they charge for cakes, Neapolitans, palm trees...etc., they can perfectly work with milk, cream, and butter, lactose-free, quality, non-vegan or normal, "the owners" show that they have little vision of the market, they limit it only to those affected by gluten, being able to have both, gluten-free and lactose-free.
