Au Bourguignon du Marais

The server was not aware of celiac. I had been here before and knew beef bourguignon was not GF. Server said it was. When I pushed she then said only a little bit of flour so ok. Not ok. No GF menu and menu not marked.

Not for Coeliacs! Our server said the fries were OK but when asked about a dedicated frier and cross contamination he shrugged and said yes, fries are gluten fee. All of the sauces contained gluten and not much else on the menu they could do for coeliac so I had the burrata and tomorrow salad which at €15 was disappointing and left hungry. Would not go again and don’t recommend.

Chose to be seated outside and really enjoyed our dinner. The Beef Bourguinon was fantastic! full of flavour, meat was tender and an absolute treat soaking up the nice bread provided with it. Service was nice enough to help with my partners Gluten free Celiac condition and show us the options even though they were few (fish and salads). Can be tough as the English speaking tourists in Paris but it was made easy. Just made a reservation through Google maps, was super easy. Saw plenty got turned away for no reservation so come prepared it's worth it. Really enjoyed our dinner and highly recommend!
