first time I bought gluten-free bread surprised by the texture and taste "killer" too much good

I ordered a dessert for my birthday, gluten-free and dairy-free: the bakery quickly offered me a chocolate pear and hazelnut dessert due to food intolerances: top notch! adaptable responsiveness and quality were on the program! ah la la but what joy!!! what happiness!!! just enhances the tastes the textures the pear for the creaminess, the thick rock icing as we like it with hazelnuts. a jewel!! just thank you really thank you! It was one of my best birthday presents!! and the same for the einkorn bread...just divine!! and there is a very nice variety of naturally leavened breads, each one more beautiful than the other. a beautiful crust and a soft crumb! very digestible for all fragile intestines! the work is simply excellent, the welcome too! all organic and without additives: respect!! I recommend +++
