Very warm welcome, magnificent place, delicious and inventive dishes. What harmony in the dishes! I chose the 4-course surprise menu with tea pairing, a great discovery! Furthermore, following a strict gluten-free diet, all the necessary adaptations were easily made and, something rare even in starred restaurants, I was served two excellent gluten-free rolls, made by the chef today! so definitely, we will come back. Next time, however, I will communicate my desire for chocolate at the end of the meal... so that the memory is even better! We will surely come back.
