Aubergine Kitchen

We were passing through St. George on our way to Zion. It's always a challenge to find healthy, gluten free options (my husband has celiac disease). However, this place is fantastic! I only wish we had one back in St. Louis. The food was healthy, fresh, and delicious! Service was great, and everyone there was knowledgeable about what was safe for my husband. Some of the food was honestly too good to believe (specifically the cheese bread). Yum! We finished off our meal with a delicious acai bowl. Loved this place!

Super excited to have found this restaurant this evening! I have both gluten and dairy allergies which typically makes it incredibly difficult to dine out with confidence. The menu is clearly labeled for allergies. Both my husband and I had the tri tip salad (they easily omitted the cheese for me) and we couldn't stop telling each other how good it was 😂! Were so happy to have found this location and can't wait to go back to try their other offerings. As someone with allergies, I've had a lot of salads with protein in my life, but this was by far the best I've ever had!
