This restaurant always has a very untraditional take on traditional dishes. I went for a bite 30 and I ordered the alligator jambalaya, the fried chicken, and the Nutella beignets. The jambalaya was actually a deconstructed version of jambalaya. The rice was in rice balls that were fried. They were very tasty, but I was expecting a traditional jambalaya. I should’ve known better. The Nutella mousse that came with the beignets. I took home with me because that’s how good it was. All of my food had good flavor, but the presentation was non-traditional. They also have many options that are gluten-free so if you have a gluten allergy, this would be a really good option for you. For a hotel restaurant, the menu is very interesting and eclectic. The hotel itself is very nice and clean with free parking. I would suggest that if you want to go off the beaten path for a meal, then try this restaurant
