Got a rec to “the yellow taco truck” from the Hamburger truck by Chuckwagon (we were looking for gluten free safe) and and Alma was amazing. Not only is she Celiac conscious, it was the best AlPastor Taco I’ve had in Utah in three years. Awesome spot before / after Capital Reef. Thank you!!!

Awesome place, and Ama was super nice! Had a fantastic burrito, incredible views, sat around the fire pit with the kids. Celiac friendly too.
