I went with my friend earlier today. Normally, they’re really great! Amazing tasting bagels and wonderful service/friendly staff. Unfortunately, today, my friend (who has a gluten allergy) ordered a gluten free bagel, and she was given a bagel with gluten. We completely understand that mistakes happen, but her Gluten allergy is severe — to the point where she’s currently really sick. I’m sure we’ll be back again in the near future, but please ensure that you double check the order — before handing it to the customer. Thank you
