Avec Amoore - Gluten free, with Love

WOW. Its obvious how much thought goes into the texture and flavors. I wouldn't change anything about what I've tried from Avec Amoore. The flavors, textures and quality are great. Another plus is the peace of mind that comes with knowing all the baked goods come from a gluten free kitchen so cross-contamination isn't a concern Lastly, the cinnamon rolls are the best GF cinnamon rolls I've ever had.

This place is an absolute hidden gem in Gilbert, AZ, especially for anyone with gluten, dairy, or celiac allergies. My family and I have been regulars for a while now, and we’re always blown away by the quality and care put into everything. Mrs. Shari, the owner, is so kind and welcoming, and her staff is just as lovely. They truly make you feel right at home! The bakery itself is adorable, and they offer such a wide variety of goodies for those of us with food sensitivities (or as I like to say, “allergy warriors”). They’ve got amazing coffee and freshly baked bread, but the true showstoppers are their cakes. Heads up—they usually need about a week’s notice, but trust me, they’re worth the wait. Some of our household favorites are the cinnamon rolls, carrot cake, bread rolls, and lemon cake. Honestly, though, I’ve never tried anything here that wasn’t absolutely delicious. Thank you, Mrs. Shari and team, for being such a treasure in Gilbert! You’ve made every visit special, and we’re so lucky to have you in our community.

All gluten free and wonderful selection of dairy free and vegan options. We like the items with less frosting, and like that there are new varieties to try each time and the tried and true items available. The owner is so kind and sweet, and personable. She can make items made to order as well (varying the type of sugar, etc.). Thank you.
