Great gluten free crust! :)

I really love Aviator pizza and have been to the Parmer lane branch countless times. We visited the Elgin branch recently. Their staff was very kind and hospitable. The only complaint I have is that I had ordered a gluten free pizza due to gluten sensitivity, and I’m guessing there was some sort of cross contamination because of which I had some trouble after I ate there which is why I gave 3 out of 5 stars. And their gluten free crust was difficult to chew and quite a workout for my jaws. Everything else is really nice about the place. My husband loves their locally crafted beers.
