I have celiac and came to Avila’s for their gluten free menu, however they don’t treat gluten allergies properly. I ordered from the gluten free menu and was assured the meal I ordered would avoid cross contact. Not only was I served regular, non gluten free enchiladas but after flagging this to the server, the manager even came over and informed us “sometimes the rice is not gluten free”.
Photos of the first meal I was served and the “correct gluten free” meal they served me after. Be advised to if you’re eating here with a gluten allergy!
