Avo Miami

We were so happy to find Avo Miami as we were looking for clean breakfast options that were gluten free. Joel was so helpful guiding us through the gluten free options and the smoothies. Good is healthy but DELICIOUS! They use Truvani protein power smoothies which is rare to find. The GF carrot cake is also a must-try. Highly recommend!

I was already a fan of Avo's Miami Beach location, so I was delighted to hear that they've opened up another spot closer to me. I can testify that they retain the quality of the original location. I indulged in a breakfast feast starting with the protein breakfast bowl. Don't forget to add the sauce on the side. It is so good! To satisfy my sweet tooth, I tried the gluten free banana bread. As someone with gluten sensitivity, I am so grateful that they have so many gluten free options. And delicious too! Even if you aren't gluten-free, you have to try the banana bread. I also had the golden tumeric latte, which did more than quench my thirst with its unique spicy flavor. The restaurant is located in the newly remodeled center of Mayfair. The decor is full of wooden accents and other nature-inspired elements. You can conveniently order your food at the counter and have it brought to you by the charming folks that work there. It is an extraordinarily pleasant place to enjoy a healthy, delicious meal. I may never cook again!
