Avocado Theory

Absolutely phenomenal food. I have Celiac disease and was thrilled when I saw their online menu offered gluten free options. I went in that day and tried them, and immediately knew I would be a regular. My husband and I have been going there ever since, and I bring my mom (also Celiac) when she visits from out of state. They have a fantastic menu with a lot of variety, and seasonal options to boot. I've loved everything I've tried here. Their brownies are definitely a favourite, and their avocado toast sampler is to die for. Generous portions, and they don't skimp on the avocado!

I can’t believe I haven’t visited earlier. Finally made it here. I will eat here more often. I am eating gluten free and vegan and there is plenty of options for me. I had the Buddha salad. The falafels were amazing! I want the recipe! Everyone is friendly and helpful. Ambiance is great. Flavored water lovely. Sustainable.

Amazing food! The house sampler was the perfect size for about 3 people, and I was completely in love with all of the items. Great service all around, as the servers handled our food with care and checked on us constantly! If you’re debating going, DO IT!! It’s a great place to eat overall as they serve many vegan, vegetarian, and gluten free options, and I was satisfied with all of the dishes our table ordered! The veggie burger was especially good. Nothing disappointed!
