I have been to this pizzeria that I have always considered among the best for gluten-free. The quality of the gluten-free pizza is good. However, I was very disappointed to discover that there is a surcharge of €3 for gluten-free pizzas.
I understand that preparing a gluten-free pizza may require additional attention and costs, but I believe that this price difference unfairly penalizes those who are celiac. For those who suffer from celiac disease, gluten-free is not a choice, but a necessity. Adding such a high cost risks making these people feel excluded or forced to pay more for a medical need.
