The salmon melted in my mouth, the fish was fresh enough that the nigiri was tasty and not "fishy". The service was great, and every roll I've had here was delicious. My wife is gluten free and the waiter was helpful and knew which items on the menu we're okay, and even provided a gluten free soy sauce.
