Awaze Ethio Fusion & Vegan Restaurant

Awaze is amazing! 3 of us had the sampler plate, and our tummies were full with some left overs to take home. Injera, homemade here at the restaurant, is soooo soft and delicious. Also, it is gluten free, unlike many other places that put wheat flour in their injera. The Ethiopian tea was also excellent! The floor of the restaurant is so clean and the shiniest I have ever seen! I was moonwalking out, sliding smoothly and effortlessly. The owner was so kind and generous. This is probably the best Ethiopian restaurant I have ever been to thus far. It's truly a hidden gem in a second floor corner of a rundown strip mall, but it is really worth finding it!

Best Ethiopian food place I’ve been to in all of southern cali. Been to quite a few of them. The bread is gluten free but so soft and fresh! The veggie (vegan) combo platter is really flavorful and tasty. Really good coffee too. Must try hidden gem!
