I recently visited Axil Coffee Roasters in Chadstone and had a great breakfast. Despite arriving early, the cafe was already bustling with customers. The coffee has a perfectly balanced flavor and a smooth, creamy texture. I enjoyed the scrambled eggs on gluten-free toast (The eggs were cooked to perfection), and my friend loved the buttermilk hotcake (The outside was crispy, while the inside was soft and fluffy).
