Brie(waitstaff and bartender) and Josh (bartender) are excellent at their jobs, and all of the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. There is something to be said for a restaurant that can keep staff for multiple years in a high rate of turnover industry. Wait time is minimal for food, though it can get packed you may wait a bit for a table. Honestly the only reason this is a 4 star review as opposed to 5 is that due to the speed of the restaurant if you have a food allergy, you need to be hyper-vigilant that your meal is correct - there were flour tortillas given to a gluten free order, and a piece of chicken was on a vegetarian plate. The mistakes were immediately rectified.
