I absolutely love Azul Selva! The food is great and I absolutely love visiting Maria! The staff is very sweet and Maria is especially welcoming and fun to talk to. I’ve found it can be a challenge to find gluten free options in Medellín. But Azul Selva has oat flour pancakes! The food is fresh and delicious! And it’s lovely to sit inside watch the passers by!

Terrible tourist rip-off. We stayed in the connected hotel and ordered breakfast from this cafe. We had 2 omelettes “gluten free” which means basically instead of bread 3 salad leaves and an extra of USD 10. In total we payed for those 2 and 2 coffee as well as 1 almond croissant 115 USD (incl. “recommended” tip.)
