My wife and I are both gluten sensitive, but all the pastries here are baked with French flour, which has only about 40% of the gluten that wheat grown here in the United States has. We can eat baked goods made with French flour without the negative effects that domestic flour gives us. It is SO NICE to be able to enjoy baked goods again! Anaïs was a wonderful server.

My wife’s family is from France and they live this place! They get raw ingredients from Europe which means I have NO gluten sensitivity to their pastries or breads!
