I love this bakery very much. It really holds a special place in my heart. The croissants and pastries here are on another level. They use high quality ingredients imported from France. Even with gluten intolerance, I don’t have discomfort after eating here. The crème brûlée, chocolate mousse and rice pudding are wonderful gluten free options. It’s literally just like going to a bakery in Paris. I can’t believe a place like this exists only a short drive away.

I am gluten intolerant, yet I can consume European flour. Everything is made with French flour and you can actually Purchase European flour here. I have never been disappointed in the quality of their pastries!

My wife and I are both gluten sensitive, but all the pastries here are baked with French flour, which has only about 40% of the gluten that wheat grown here in the United States has. We can eat baked goods made with French flour without the negative effects that domestic flour gives us. It is SO NICE to be able to enjoy baked goods again! Anaïs was a wonderful server.
