Very inappropriate and disrespectful. In addition, we mistakenly purchased several vouchers, and in the small letters it is written that only one voucher can be redeemed. It really could have been fine, if we hadn't heard first-class excuses why only one voucher could be redeemed. We gave up on the compensation in the form of dessert, which was offered to us after we had already paid and got up. A desire to fix does not replace good service
