BENTO Kissimmee

I want to start by saying that Kylie at Bento was extremely kind, patient, and genuinely tried to help. She was knowledgeable and did her best to make sure my meal was safe for someone with celiac disease. Unfortunately, despite her efforts, I got extremely sick after eating there — the food I was told was gluten-free clearly wasn’t. There were only about three gluten-free options available, and even those seem to have cross-contact or contamination issues. It’s really disappointing, especially for anyone with serious gluten allergies or celiac disease. Kylie deserves recognition for her great customer service, but the restaurant itself is not safe for gluten-free dining. If you need true gluten-free options, I’d recommend trying somewhere else.

Finally found a gluten free sushi place. They took it very seriously. We will definitely come back again:)
