I very much enjoyed my visit at Betty Market & Restaurant. Came in for a late lunch. Had a veggie platter and I was curious what the sauce is giving in Ethiopian Spaghetti. The food did not disappoint. It was very fresh and well seasoned. I was impressed that the Nijera bread is made with actual Teff which means it’s gluten free! I could tell right away it’s not a heavy yet light and fluffy as to other Ethiopian places. From the market I got some Himbasha bread. I’m going to have it for breakfast. I will be back.

To say Betty Market is the best Ethiopian restaurant in LA is an understatement. From the Service, to the 100% gluten free teff injera, to the food (awaze tibs, kitfo, tibs ferfer and shiro)you name it I have tried it all and I must say it is very delicious and the taste is like homemade. Also, for the veggie lovers and vegetarian‘s there are plenty of veggi dishs that you will love; for the coffee lovers I highly recommend to try the Ethiopian coffee ceremony. Everything here is very flavorful and tasty I can go on and on about this place but I will just leave it for anyone that loves Ethiopian food or want to try something new I highly recommend and it's located in Inglewood. Try it 😀
