I usually enjoy the healthy food at B.Good. The customer service is great. I think I only had one poor experience out of countless visits, but this never happened at the Newton location. My only suggestion for the food is for the company to find a better gluten free hamburger bun. It breaks apart while eating which can become very messy.

Gluten free buns are ok. I think Udi brand? I wish they could grill them or warm them. Not many GF options for burgers nearby, so I am pleased.
The wait time is super slow. Likely because Each order is made from scratch. But also because Online orders hold up the queue.
