BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse

Called about if they accommodate for people with celiac disease and the lady on the phone was extremely rude and said they are a busy restaurant what more can i ask for other than a gluten free bun. she said she already had someone ask earlier in the day about this and told them that they will not scrub the oven (not even what i asked her to do). Her attitude was not cool and uncalled for. If you are going to have a gluten free bun, please try harder to avoid cross contamination for those who do not have a choice but to be gluten free. Now i cannot trust to go to this restaurant (or even want to) after that encounter.

Very nice place to eat. The service was good and courteous. The food was also good, they have a lot of gluten-free options. We eat the hamburgers and they were delicious! Food portions are generous and they refill your drink for free. Considering the sizes and the quality, the prices are reasonable. Definitely a place we would go back!
