BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse

I recently had lunch here with my sisters. We were greeted by a charming, friendly woman who got us taken care of pretty quickly. The menu is extensive and varied (burgers, jambalaya, pasta, tacos, seafood, etc) and they have many gluten-free options. The portion sizes are quite generous. I was barely able to finish my deep dish ziti (which was delicious!). Our server was very considerate and kind. The atmosphere was pleasant at the restaurant, everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves. I loved the avocado egg rolls.

Please do not go here if you have a food allergy because they very obviously do NOT take those seriously. My husband has Celiac Disease, ordered from the gluten free menu, told the waitress about his allergy, and even confirmed with the waitress when his food arrived that it was in fact gluten free. He was violently sick not long after we got home. There is absolutely no way that his food was gluten free. This is also the second time this very location has done this in the past few years. Stay away if you have food allergies, they will not take it seriously.
