BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse

Honestly the worst place to go for dinner. Our waitress was rude, took 15 minutes to come greet us only to then rush us to order, and after we ordered anything she disappeared for extended periods of time. Our spinach dip was ice cold she neve came to check on us, my pizza tasted like nothing, and my boyfriend burger was burnt to a crisp with no salt on the fries at all. We couldn't send anything back because the waitress was no where to be found ever. Even when we went to pay the waitress was rushing us with payment and was rude. We got there at 8pm and left at 9:30. Everyone around us got their food, drinks, and actually saw their waitress way before we did. Not to mention we witnessed over half of the kitchen staff standing at the bar watching the hockey game while the restaurant was full. How do I know this? I asked the waitress if the ranch sauce was gluten free (I have celiac disease) and she grabbed a cup of ranch then walked up to the kitchen manager sitting there talking to other workers at the bar/ to go area to double check if it was gluten free then handed it to me. Currently I am not feeling great from the food either due to possible cross contamination from the kitchen even after telling my waitress about my celiac disease but they do state on the menu it's "gluten sensitive" so I took the risk. All in all nothing about this restaurant is good. If it wasn't for having a gift card we would have left. Don't waste your money. Update: I've been throwing up all night in pain extremely sick since eating this food. It's obvious to me now no care was taken when I informed them about having celiac disease. I cannot express enough how awful this restaurant is. If you go here take extreme caution if you have any kind of dietary restrictions.

I had a great experience at this restaurant with my sister and our server, Taylor. She was so knowledgable of both food and cocktail menus, and helped us find great gluten free options!
