Ordered a bison burger online; I was pleasantly surprised to see an entire gluten-sensitive portion of the menu with a wide variety of options. I was also surprised to see that the prices for the gluten-sensitive options were fair. Food was ready at the scheduled time. At first inspection of the GF bun I was nervous that it seemed very hard. I even knocked on it. After eating it though, I continued to be surprised. The bun held up remarkably well and didn't crumble like others I've experienced and actually wasn't hard to eat. The burger itself was very good and cooked perfectly. Overall very pleased and will be back to try more GF offerings!
