Dinner with 8 friends a total of 10. Met at 4:30 on a Monday late afternoon. Restaurant was not busy.
Tiffany S. was our server, she was ok.
Two of our friends got their orders incorrect. A very surly waitress brought out some of the food missing parts like French fries and coleslaw. Another order almost had disastrous results with a gluten free meal came with obvious gluten items on it.
So the gluten order had to be remade and it took 20 minutes for the other person’s fries and coleslaw to be served. Of course he had finished his sandwich and told the surly waitress ( not Tiffany) he didn’t want them. She answered “suit yourself “.
Tiffany made no attempt to apologize or to check on the missing items.
Again how can a restaurant that is very empty get simple sandwich, fries, coleslaw order delivered to the table missing 2/3 of the items. How can a special order of gluten free be made incorrectly.
My guess is the staff doesn’t care about their guests and take no pride in their work.
I don’t think anyone in our group will dine at BJ’s. Which is a shame because the food is reasonably priced and tasty.
