Ordered to go and things were definitely not on time. Also gluten free bun was not available for our burger order. That said, Alexa at the take out counter was absolutely kicking butt with what she had to work with and Samie made things right for us considering the delay and disappointment in not being able to appease our allergies. Customer service to the rescue! The patrons eating in appeared to be having a great time and atmosphere was excellent. Through ups and downs, we still love BJs!
