This was the WORST restaurant experience we've had ever! The server appeared unkempt. I ordered a gluten-free bun; my guest even mentioned it to the server. It was clear that I wanted a GF bun.
My guest asked for sweet & low. The server ignored the first request and only brought it when flagged down.
My guests' order came; mine came with a regular bun. The server said "oh I didn't hear you say that". Another person came to pick up my plate, asking if I had a gluten allergy. Like "why are you ordering this?" You pay a surcharge for GF so of course I would not pay extra if I did not have an allergy.
My meal disappeared. Meanwhile my guest tried to flag down someone to get ketchup for his fries. This took several minutes; my meal was still missing.
My meal came out after about 10 minutes, with a REGULAR bun. That was returned to the kitchen with another wait for it to be returned. The burger was raw in the middle. The sweet potato fries (which you also pay extra for) were slung all over the tray. The server never returned to refill tea glasses (cost $3.75 ea).
I was also disappointed to see that they have removed the zucchini paste for the spaghetti and meatballs. That was the reason for going there; but we found other items to order.
We will NOT return!
