As always, super grim waiters, but my God. I ignore it!
The food came and everything was ok until then. Then we wanted to order fries and dessert for the kids. I raised my arm to draw attention when the cook shouted from the kitchen “Table 24 because the histeric... before she came from...” then a very nice (Asian) waitress came to the table and asked me if I was doing everything correctly I understood and what the complaining was about from the kitchen. She was totally embarrassed and apologized and asked for forgiveness dozens of times. But that was the end of the fun for me. We have enjoyed going to this restaurant or another one of this chain for years. But I will never set foot in here again! Terrible! How you can treat customers like that. And the manager or the other waiters didn't even apologize or say anything to her from the kitchen... nothing at all! The poor waitress was totally lost at that moment. Well, I've noticed so often that they roll their eyes because there are usually 6 of us, 4 children and 2 adults. But hey, I pay a price for the service and the food!
Back to the food in the branch, at the Zag there was 100% contamination as all the children at home had complaints due to celiac disease.
I'm very disappointed!
