I absolutely love that they have gluten free biscuits as an alternative. I am only gluten intolerant (not allergic), so I was able to ask for a breakfast sandwich without worrying about cross contamination. They are able to make it into any sandwich you want. It is a little dense and dry, so I split my top and bottom biscuit apart to eat the thicker portion on another day with cream cheese. Still good tho, and really happy my I can eat breakfast with my gluten tolerant friends.
