WOW! Just go! The chef (who is also the waiter) is truly a culinary genius. He has created an incredible array of dishes that are unique, yet so delicious that we went back twice just to have them again. It is a rare treat to find such a variety of dishes — meat, fish, vegetarian, vegan, gluten free — that are all equally incredible. This is the place you remember, a chef who takes such pride in his work and is so personable that you feel like you made a friend by the time you leave. Believe me, you are going to want to go here! B.O.r.G.O. Firenze is a hidden gem!

My family and I came across B.O.r.G.O. haphazardly, but man are we glad we did! The menu is very unique with adventurous options for those looking to try something new, but also had a couple safer options. The owner was incredibly friendly, and very accommodating of our gluten-free needs. He assured us he could make anything from the menu gluten-free (as he was also the chef), but was happy to confirm our selections were gluten-free. THE FOOD WAS AMAZING!! The quality of cooking was next level, and it was definitely some of the best food we had our entire trip. You can tell the owner takes great pride in his food. This is my number one restaurant recommendation for anyone in the area!
