Gluten-free consumer opinion: I ordered a pork tenderloin steak. The meat was definitely not cooked right, but if when eating at a restaurant we assume we're eating a single dish and not nibbling with the other diners to avoid food poisoning, I think we have to ensure the quality of what we eat is up to par. I don't understand paying a certain amount for a meat dish and getting served potato chips from a bag. I don't understand that, but even more so when the chips are stale, overcooked, as if they've been open too long. Someone should check the dishes and the quality of what comes out of the kitchen; it's a particularly sensitive issue for those of us who can't share food with the other diners. A suggestion for an action that many restaurants already have in place: use a fryer just for potatoes. But it's just that, a suggestion.

The Brasserie is great. The food is very good. The price is very good. The only complaint is about the service. Since I'm celiac, I ordered gluten-free. The waiter who brought it to me brought the wrong order. He tried to make me look bad, making it seem like I ordered the wrong thing, and when he looked at the screen, he saw he'd made a mistake. Not a single apology from him, which was the least he should have done. The rest of the service was great.
