Order through Doordash and checked off gluten free and left a special note “Gluten Allergy celiac” When I received my order I noticed the packaging wasn’t checked off for gluten free. I called and notified the staff that I am celiac and asked if my food was prepared gluten free. The manager was extremely rude and dismissive of my allergy and continued to tell me that my dish was gluten free. I asked if I was able to get a new one remade just in case their was cross contamination and for the extra precautions to be used. The manager simply declined and said it’s no difference. I have ordered from Baan Thai multiple times because of their precautions measures and the manager wouldn’t give me the time of day nor care about my allergy. I had a super bad reaction and I will not be coming back.
