Another stellar vegan degustation menu and thankfully this world class restaurant managed to cater for my coeliac vegan partner without fuss. From early evening arrival to late night departure every moment was choreographed excellence. Waiters & chefs know what they are doing! Our sommelier chose a fantastic local Pinot that worked nicely with the earthy umami of many of the dishes. Thanks to all. A fantastic Budapest dining experience 🥰
