Service was attentive sometimes... & other times not so. Water glasses not refilled & we were paying for still water, so getting half a glass prior to the meal & having ask for a refill was disappointing. Having to flag someone over so we could order dessert after we stacked our plates up in the hope of drawing attention to the fact we had finished mains was also disappointing... Food was lovely... Striploin steak cooked as per request...Beef cheef was fork tender... Potatoes (pan fried with honey & lardons), delicious accompaniment to mains. Dessert - lemon curd tart - just as a lemon dessert should be... Tart/tangy, a refreshing end to the meal. Good gluten-free options.
