They’re great about gluten free at Bacco, they have gluten free pasta (upcharge) and can make many other dishes GF as well. One of the coolest dishes I’ve gotten GF here is the chicken parmesan. You can get GF bread too! There are good dairy free options too and are able to make many dairy full things dairy free too. They’ve never messed up my food and are kind and understanding. I’m not celiac, but very sensitive to wheat and my daughter has a dairy allergy.

Great value for great quality. We had the Rapa salad, shrimp, calamari, gluten-free pizza, and the carpaccio. Fantastic all around. Happy to have a great spot like this in North Boulder.
