Welcome drink and welcome portion, hummus or tartare with carasau bread. Super friendly and professional staff. Attention and unexpected preparation on gluten free. The meat is excellent and the 100g portions are shown and the weight is declared before placing them on that marvel of embers at the entrance. Availability of local craft beers and wines. Highly recommended.
