Back Inn Time is a hidden gem in Chelmsford- literally. Why anyone keeps trying to get it knocked down is beyond me.
It is a wonderful family restaurant which is such a joy to visit. We are always made to feel welcome.
The food is amazing, they cater for gluten free options which look as great as the regular meals. The cocktails were delicious and my children loved that they could have some alcohol free ones too! My only negative on the food is that the chips were too over cooked for me, I prefer them softer and fluffier.
As long as the people keep having their say this will be a restaurant we continue to visit for years to come.
