Great tea and coffee options, good gluten free and vegan options for food. Wonderful service and atmosphere. Kinda pricey though.

Talene and the Grind staff are the absolute best with no one else even close. Healthy consciouses choices for vegan, gluten free, and more. Awesome open mic night - be sure to sign up early because it's popular! I've known the Grind since early 2000 reading poetry downstairs in the dark. This place is a legend and well worth your time! Say hi to Talene and the staff and enjoy!
