We had an amazing lunch at the Back Eddie today. I have celiac disease and they were able to accommodate my needs. I had a loaded burger with a gluten free bun. I couldn't have the fries as they go into a shared deep fryer so I opted for the salad. The salad was amazing! Even better than my husband's fries. The pickled beets in the salad were so good that we went in to get purchase some to take home with us.
Bonus that we could sit outside in the grass at the picnic table with our dog. ❤️
