Tonight was the first time we have ever eaten here, and the first thing I want to say is... We are highly impressed. We called in for to go, and I am Celiac. Not only was Nate fantastic in making sure what we ordered was gluten free, but he even called me back to double check something's. I have never had a restaurant care that much. He also took his time on the 4 phone calls I made to him since I have to be soooooo careful and have a lot of questions. Nate, you are a rockstar man. Thank you for caring. We figured, if the service was that good, the food may not be.... Oh so wrong! So so wrong! Worth every last penny we spent. Awesome portions. The crab cakes are the absolute best I have ever had, and I'm born and raised in Md, I know a good crab cake. But theirs are different. And that says a lot when u live in Md and can say some place put a really great spin on a classic and it is the best. The red beans and rice were phonomenal. I only make my own since I can't get any good ones around here, but now I can just go grab some when I don't feel like cooking. The de graw dip is out of this world good. And the creole boil was more than worth it. I am not sure who the chef is, but if anyone reads this that knows him, please tell him thank you from me. He revamped his recipes in order to make things gluten free for me, and when u have Celiac, you don't get that special treatment all the time. It's rare. Thank you all at Creole for an absolutely fantastic experience. You all rock! And we will be back for more.
