The best bakery in the area. The employees are such lovely people. You are warmly greeted with a smile. We love the baked goods. You can tell that people are still thinking about this. I think it's particularly great that there are also gluten-free breads such as buckwheat bread and oat bread. There's even something I can eat. Please keep it up.

Incredibly good baker! The breads are excellent, you can taste the difference straight away, and there are lots of creative ideas like balsamic or winter bread. The gluten-free oat bread is also great, very moist. The cakes taste like they are “homemade” in the best sense of the word (by someone who can do it ;)). I don't actually like cream slices, but the ones from Backfreund are great - because they don't taste like 90% sugar or additives. Croissants as they should be and I have never seen ensaimadas anywhere else in Germany. The employees are also really nice. The fact that you can see what's available and when on the website is also very practical since we're driving 20 km. It would be perfect if there were gluten-free cakes every now and then. We are very grateful that bakers like this still exist.
