I buy dinkel flour bread regularly. 1 salmon is 1 kg. I can say that I have not consumed any other bread for 2 years. A flavor that is extremely filling and has both slightly sour and sweet tastes at the same time. I recommend the gluten-free cookies with nuts and Nutella, they are very delicious.
